It was a dark, dark night. Of course it was - it was nighttime! The moon was but a sliver, barely a shimmer in the sky. Which was really dark, by the way. Out of the darkness came a woman, her bare feet just a whisper in the grass. Fortunately for her the sprinklers weren’t set to come on that night. She reached out toward me, her pale skeletal hand emerging from a velvety black sleeve, which I could barely see because it was so dark outdoors! I fainted. So I have no idea what happened next.
